Made-to-order products

Many STRANDED products are produced only when ordered.

This means your item may be created specifically after your order is placed.

Because of this, production times may vary and we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect colour selection, or incorrect order details.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in AUD unless otherwise stated.

We may update prices, products, or offers at any time without notice.

Orders must be paid for at checkout using one of the available payment methods.

Your order is not confirmed until payment has been accepted.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, stock or production issue, payment issue, incorrect product information, or other reasonable concern.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, we will arrange a refund where required.

We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered production or been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by production times, carrier delays, public holidays, customs, incorrect shipping details, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
