Every STRANDED tee is produced only when ordered. That means your tee is made after checkout, then packed and sent once production is complete.
Order confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check your shipping details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if anything looks incorrect.
Production time
Our tees are made to order, so production time is separate from delivery time. Most orders need a short production window before dispatch.
During launches, busy periods, public holidays or supplier delays, production may take a little longer. If that happens, we will keep the process calm and help where we can.
Dispatch
Once your order has been produced and packed, it will be dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout. Shipping time starts from dispatch, not from the day the order was placed.
Delivery
Available shipping options, delivery estimates and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be affected by public holidays, carrier delays, weather events, incorrect shipping details or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delays
If your order appears delayed, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will help check the status and guide you through the next step.
Incorrect shipping details
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept delivery or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item.
