Because many STRANDED products are produced only when ordered, please choose carefully before placing your order. Once an order is placed, it may begin production shortly after purchase.

Change-of-mind returns

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong colour, deciding you no longer want the item, or entering incorrect order details.

Made-to-order items

Many STRANDED products are made to order. This means the item is created specifically after your order is placed.

Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Please check the product description, size guide, colour, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Print and product variations

Small variations in print placement, colour, texture, sizing, or finish may occur between product batches, screens, mockups, and the final physical item.

These natural variations are not considered faults unless the item is materially different from what was ordered or does not meet consumer guarantees.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide a suitable remedy in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a remedy if a product has a major failure or does not meet consumer guarantees. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy required by law.

We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered production or been dispatched.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.
